Project Overview: Revamping the Jakmall Affiliate Dashboard
Project Overview
Dashboard Affiliate is a UI/UX project aimed at enhancing the user experience of a dashboard page. The dashboard page provides users with the ability to monitor their turnover, receive notifications of product changes, view performance graphs, and track product sales rankings.
Problem
The old design of the dashboard page is ineffective for monitoring affiliate products as it lacks important information necessary for users to analyze and access their products.
Goal
Redesign an old dashboard into an insightful dashboard which can helped user track and analyze.

Project Identify
At the beginning of the project, the UI/UX Designer was briefed on the overall outline, starting from the project description to the requirements by the Product Manager.

Requirement Analyis
After receiving brief from the product manager, we to analyze the requirement including find out the reason, and the detail of the requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with the product goal.

Transaction Summary
User can gain information about summary of orders categorized by their status, including Waiting for payment, Being processed, In transit/shipping and Complain
Change of Log
The section will be notified if there are any changes to the products including: Weight, Name, Description, Status, Price, Stock, SRP, and Volume
Graph Performance
user can analysis of products based on orders, sold items, and turnover through graphical representation, providing a summary of the product trend
Purchased Items
User can gain information about the most popular items int the store. The information include: product images, name, price, number of orders and UI badge

Brainstroming
Brainstorming is crucial for adopting a comprehensive approach, which involves considering all aspects of the problem, including its context and user needs, in order to discover the optimal solution.
Research
We also did some research on similar apps like Tokopedia Seller, Bukalapak, and Shopee to gain insights for the existing e-commerce.
User Interview
To understand the user's needs, we conducted user interviews to gain insights into what improvements are needed for the old affiliate dashboard.

Wireframe
Before creating the mockup, we translated the project requirements into a wireframe, which served as a basic design outline for the solution. here the affiliate dashboard project.

High Fidelity Design
Once the wireframe was created, Once the wireframe was created, We then proceeded to develop the high-fidelity design using the atomic design approach, following by creating design system(Typography, Color Scheme, illustration and UI Component) and Hifi design.

Project Presentation
After completing the prototype stage, the UI/UX designers are required to present the high-fidelity design to the product owner, encompassing the project flow, concept, and style.

Development Process
We collaborated with the frontend developer to ensure a smooth development process. We provided them with a briefing on the project, including the UI flow, components, and potential limitations, to ensure the UI can be developed without any technical issues.
