Enhanced Data Synchronization: Log Sync
Project Overview
The Log Sync Product is a sub-project aimed at boosting product sales by enhancing the sync feature that allows users to track the data sent or requested between Jakmall and Tokopedia.
Problem
Based on Jakmall's data, most Jakmall affiliates have more than one linked store that sells various products. These products sometimes have changes in details between Jakmall and other e-commerce platforms. The numerous changes can take time to modify one by one, and can have a negative impact on the affiliates if there are changes in price, stock, or weight.
Goal
Jakmall’s system can access push or pull all product an detail changes information for a paired e-commerce store with jakmall.

Project Briefing
At the beginning of the project, the UI/UX Designer was briefed on the overall outline, starting from the project description to the requirements by the Product Manager.

Analyze Requirement
After receiving brief from the product manager, we  to analyze the requirement including find out the reason, and the detail of the requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with the product goal.
Store Information
Access linked store information.
Price and SRP changes
Access the master product for price and SRP changes.
Stock Updates
Access stock managemant for stock updates.
Channel
Access the channel for name, weight, volume, status and description.

Brainstroming
Brainstorming is crucial for adopting a comprehensive approach, which involves considering all aspects of the problem, including its context and user needs, in order to discover the optimal solution.
Research
We also did some research on similar apps like Ginni, Tokopedia Seller, and etc to gain insights for the existing app.
User Interview
To understand the user's needs, we also conducted user interviews to gain insights into what user pain and needs for the log sync feature.

High Fidelity Design
This project was created directly from a high-fidelity design and using an atomic design approach and the Jakmall design system.

Development Process
We collaborated with the frontend developer to ensure a smooth development process. We provided them with a briefing on the project, including the UI flow, components, and potential limitations, to ensure the UI can be developed without any technical issues.

Result
The log synchronization project has reached its goals and user acceptance criteria. Users are now able to push or pull all product and detail change information for their linked e-commerce store with Jakmall.
Lesson Learn
When working on a UI/UX project, it is crucial to prioritize the user's needs and consider any technological limitations when creating the project's solution
